Our business objectives are set based around the financial year so April to March. These objectives are aligned to GDP’s business strategy which then filter down to our teams so they know what we’re working on, and why and crucially what success looks like. Our objectives are:

1) Maintain our leading UK market share – measured by unit sales

2) Become one of the top 3 juggling ball suppliers in Europe – measured by unit sales

3) Raise brand visibility in US and Asia by increasing sales by 15%

4) Explore other markets e.g. Canada and Australia

5) Expand to a new site to increase juggling ball creation and distribution
